Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before playing Hell Hole or using our website, operated by Garbage Day Studios.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Hell Hole, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, strictly speaking, you cannot play the game.

2. License

Garbage Day Studios grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software for personal entertainment. You generally may not reverse engineer, decompile, or steal our assets (unless it's for cool fan art, which we like).

3. User Cconduct

Don't be a jerk. We reserve the right to ban users from community spaces (Discord, etc.) for harassment, hate speech, or just being generally unpleasant.

4. Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." GARBAGE DAY STUDIOS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, THAT THE GAME WILL BE FUN, BUG-FREE, OR WON'T CRASH YOUR COMPUTER. (Though we try our best).

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the software. Proceed at your own risk.
